The hardest part of this install is getting to the trans. Refer to your Honda shop manual to get to that point. Once there the install should take you about 20 minutes.
You will need to grind or file the # 1shift fork about 2 mm to clear the new overdrive gear.
And you will need to grind or file the case where the shift fork rod goes through about 2 mm. We provide a new shift fork rod with the proper clearance.
Install new gears and check for clearance, and assemble motor.
