Trattasi di una modifica studiata e realizzata da Mario Marinaro. La modifica consiste in un kit di ingranaggi con relativa messa a punto del cambio. A secondo del tipo di guida, l'autonomia può aumentare notevolmente. Solo alle alte velocità ,oltre 160 km/h, il consumo si equivale. Viaggiare diventa più piacevole, si dispone di maggior fluidità, si riduce l'attrito di tutti i componenti del motore dovuto al minor numero di giri in overdrive ( presa diretta di marcia). Tale modifica riduce anche le vibrazioni ed il risultato globale è di una vera limousine a due ruote con un cambio silenzioso . La lavorazione degli ingranaggi è garantita a chilometri illimitati, come gli originali .
La modifica può essere realizzata anche sulle Gold Wing (versione dal 1998), mantenendo le stesse prestazioni sopraindicate. Per maggiori informazioni contattare Mario
High Performance GearBox
This is a modification, which was studied and developed by Mario Marinaro. The modification consists of a kit of gear wheels that are to replace the originals inside the gearbox. The autonomy, that is to say the distance covered with the same amount of fuel is increased and depending on your type of driving. Only at high speeds (over 160km/h will the consumption be equivalent to pre modification levels). This modification also reduces vibration and the end result is that it makes your bike feel like a limbo on two wheels. The wokmanship on the gear wheels is guaranteed for unlimited kilometers just like the originals. This modification can be set on Gold Wing(all models over 1998), keeping same above performances. Con un costo contenuto e qualche HP in più.......Reasonably priced and adds a few more HP.........
Sfogliando le pagine Web del VRCC www.valkyrieriders.com , ho notato che è stato effettuato un’ulteriore aggiornamento sul trigger(Fasatore) montato dietro alla puleggia dentata motrice del comando distribuzione. Infatti il VRCC dispone oggi di un trigger con anticipo di oltre 6° ,che unitamente ad un kit di jets per carburatori ed una modifica sul filtro aria, conferiscono al sei cilindri tutta un’altra musica.

that there has been a further upgrade to the trigger wheel mounted behind the
drive pulley in the crank case. In fact VRCC now have available a trigger with
an advance of 6` which together with a kit of jets for the carburetors and a
modification to the air filter, give the six cylinders a totally new sound of
music.
Prendendo lo spunto dal VRCC, ho realizzato questa modifica sulle Gold Wing e Valkyrie . Grazie ad un’attenta messa a punto, il risultato è stato sorprendente, il motore eroga una potenza sicuramente superiore di 5-7 HP , ma l’erogazione risulta fluida e pronta conferendo alla moto una guida decisa e divertente. A 4000 giri si ha l’impressione di sentire un vortice d’aspirazione nei carburatori con il risultato di una progressione senza esitazioni. Insomma una vera libidine…
Taking the cue from the VRCC, I made the modification. With a little careful work the result has been amazing, the engine has gained at least 5-7 hp, but the distribution results in fluidity and response giving the bike a decisive and enjoyable ride. At 4000 revs. you get the impression of a vortex to the aspiration in the carburetors resulting in an advancementand doesn't have no hesitation about. Basically a true libido booster.........
